Thessaloniki Pastry Shops List with Phone Numbers (Greece)

Say you sell packaging, boxes and ribbon for cakes, out of a warehouse near Thessaloniki, and this month you want to phone every pastry shop (ζαχαροπλαστείο) in the prefecture. You need a name, a phone and an address for each, and you want to start with the towns closest to the warehouse. In Greece the fullest list of those shops is the 11888.gr business directory, run by OTE, which on 2026-10-25 held 3,426 pastry shops nationwide.

The manual way, and what it costs

11888.gr is free and good for finding one shop. For a list it is slower: the pastry-shop category shows 40 listings per page across 86 pages, and the Thessaloniki ones are mixed in with the rest of the country. Each listing’s address is one line of Greek (“17ο χλμ Θεσσαλονίκης - Περαίας, Θέρμη, Θεσσαλονίκη, 57001”), so sorting by town means splitting every line by hand. If you need the 18 shops in Thermi, copying them takes a few minutes and is the sensible way. For the 508 across the prefecture, it is most of a day.

zacharoplasteia_ is 11888.gr’s own name for the pastry-shop category, trailing underscore included. prefecture: "Thessaloniki" keeps the shops whose address names the Thessaloniki prefecture, and Greek letters (“Θεσσαλονίκη”) work the same. maxResults: 600 is headroom: on the 2026-10-26 data this returned 508 shops.

For a calling list, phone closes the loop: all of the first 50 shops had one, and extras.phones holds the second number where there is one. city is the municipality (Δήμος), the column to sort on for “closest to the warehouse first”, and lat/lng were on 49 of those 50 if you would rather plot them. Email was on 10 of the 50.

What you’d do with it

Export the dataset to CSV, sort by city, and load it into the dialler or CRM you already use, with a column for “spoke to” and one for “sample sent”. The run cost $2.03 (508 listings at $0.004), so running it again next quarter and diffing listing_id against your sheet is a cheap way to spot shops that opened since.

Worth knowing

This is a phone list first: email shows only where a business published one: 25 of these 508 shops, 12.7% across the directory. The data is a stored copy of 11888.gr, so it can be weeks old, and the run log states its date. Names and streets stay in Greek as the directory prints them. A shop also filed under another category you asked for comes back once.
