Where does the data come from?

The public 11888.gr business directory (OTE). We keep a stored copy of its category pages and serve your run from it, so results come back in seconds. The run log states the date of the copy.

How do I choose categories?

Use 11888.gr's own category names as they appear in its web addresses, in Latin letters, e.g. 'zacharoplasteia_' (pastry shops) or 'pshfiakes-ektypwseis-ektypwseis-offset' (printing). Enter any name the actor does not know and it returns the full list of 1,031 categories as a free row.

Can I filter by city?

Yes. 'prefecture' is the regional unit (e.g. Thessaloniki, Attiki) and 'municipality' the Δήμος (e.g. Athina, Thermi). Both take Greek or Latin letters and a list of values.

Does every listing have an email?

No. 11888.gr shows an email only where the business published one: 12.7% of businesses on 2026-10-26, mostly the paid listings at the top of a category. Phone is on 99.3%.

Can I export all of Greece in one run?

One run loads up to 300,000 listings. A request that covers more returns a free row asking you to narrow it by category; split a very large pull into several runs by category.

How current is it?

The stored copy is refreshed when it is older than a month and the actor is in use. The run log states the date of the copy, and a run served from a copy older than 45 days returns one free notice saying so.

How am I charged?

One event per business listing returned. A business found in two of your categories is charged once. Notices are free.
