List Residential Builders in Northwest Arkansas

Licensed residential builders in Benton and Washington counties, Arkansas, with phone and mailing address for outreach.

Say you run marketing for a window and door manufacturer opening a showroom in Rogers, and the launch plan is a direct-mail piece plus an email sequence to every licensed home builder in Benton and Washington counties, the Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale and Fayetteville corridor. Builders in that corridor buy windows for every house they frame, so the list is the campaign. ACLB licenses them under its Residential Builder classification, and on 2026-09-28 the two counties held 664 of them.

The manual way, and what it costs

The public search form on AR ACLB
ACLB's advanced search. It filters by county and specialty, and its results page has no export button.

By hand this is two searches on the form above, one per county, each landing in a browser table with no email and no download. The better free route is ACLB’s nightly roster, latestroster.csv, linked under the form: 18,290 rows statewide, with email. In Excel you filter State to AR, County to Benton or Washington, and the classification columns to Residential Builder. Watch the county column while you do it, because ACLB’s data spells the same county more than one way (“Benton”, “benton” and “BENTON” all appear in these two counties). For a single mailing that is an afternoon’s work and costs nothing.

The faster way

Arkansas Contractor Directory & Leads Scraper (ACLB) does the same search once and hands back every row at once.

counties takes both counties in one run, so the two searches happen back to back and a builder who shows up in both is returned once. “Residential Builder” is an exact ACLB classification name, so it resolves to that one trade and not to Residential Remodeler, a separate licence. The run returned 413 builders in Benton and 251 in Washington, in 9.5 seconds of scraping, every row with its county written the same way.

The row above comes from the Pulaski roofing run; the builder rows carry the same columns. For this campaign, email feeds the sequence and address feeds the mail piece. Of the 664 builders, 657 have an email, 663 have a phone, and 243 list at least one named officer, which gives the letter a name to open with.

What you’d do with it

Export to CSV, split it into an email list (657 rows) and a mailing list, and hand the second one to your print house as a mail-merge file keyed on aclb_id. The run cost $1.33 for 664 rows. Re-run it before the second mailing and new licences join the list while lapsed ones drop out.

Worth knowing

The address is the licence’s mailing address, not the job site or the office: 136 of the 664 are PO boxes, which is fine for a letter and useless for a map. A builder appears only under the county of that mailing address, so a Fayetteville builder who mails from a Madison County box is not on this list. Six of the rows are Registration entries, which ACLB identifies by registration number rather than an ACLB ID; their email comes from a name match against the roster.

Run it yourself: How to run Arkansas Contractor Directory & Leads Scraper (ACLB) walks the whole thing step by step.

For one county and one trade, Build a Pulaski County Roofing Contractor List is the simpler walk-through. If the campaign also covers Oregon, Oregon Contractor Directory & Leads Scraper pulls the same county-level list from Oregon’s CCB.
