Use case
Austin TX Home Floor Plans by Address
Floor plans (plan images and interactive CubiCasa scans) for a list of Austin, Texas homes, with the listing link for each.
Say you design homes for a builder planning a small infill project in Austin, and before the first sketch you want to see how recent homes for sale in town lay out their rooms: where the stairs sit, how big the primary suite is, whether the guest room has its own entrance. You have a list of addresses from a listings search. What you don’t have is the plans, and they’re buried in each listing’s gallery.
The manual way, and what it costs
The manual way works. Open each address on Redfin, open the gallery and scroll until a drawing turns up. Redfin’s gallery has a Floor Plans button when the listing has one, which helps. For five homes that’s ten minutes and the right call. It stops being reasonable at a few dozen, because most homes have no plan: in our 28 October 2026 sample of 28 homes for sale, 18 had none, so most of the clicking ends in nothing. And once you find a plan, you still have to copy its link into your sheet by hand.
The faster way
Floor Plan Scraper: Home Floor Plans & Photos by Address does the same search once and hands back every row at once.
{
"addresses": [
"12307 Boneta Cv, Austin, TX 78729",
"6107 Felix Ave, Austin, TX 78741"
]
}
These two are Austin homes for sale on 28 October 2026, and both have plans. Paste your own list the same way: one full address per line, with the ZIP. Leave everything else at its default. Redfin is checked, and photos come back too in case you want the exterior next to the plan.

floorPlans is the answer to the brief. On Felix Ave it holds three: an interactive CubiCasa scan (open viewerUrl to walk the rooms) and two drawings Redfin captioned “Main residence layout” and “Guest room layout”, so the guest quarters come with a drawing of their own. hasFloorPlan sorts the rest of your list, and listingUrl takes you back to the page when you want the photos and the asking price.
What you’d do with it
Export the dataset as CSV, filter to hasFloorPlan = true, and paste the floorPlans image links into the comparison board your team already uses, one row per home with its beds, baths, square feet and year built. The interactive scans go in as links. For anything you want to keep long term, save the drawing itself, since the link belongs to the listing and can go away when it does.
Worth knowing
This finds only floor plans a listing publishes, so most homes have none, and homes not for sale almost never do. The drawings belong to the listing agent or photographer; use them for your own reference. Addresses need a house number, city, state and ZIP. Results come from Redfin unless you also turn on Realtor.com, which Apify bills to your account.
Run it yourself: How to run Floor Plan Scraper: Home Floor Plans & Photos by Address walks the whole thing step by step.
