How-to

How to run Lithuania Business Directory List Scraper (Phone & Address)

Step-by-step: the exact input, what each field does, and the rows that come back from info.lt.

You want a list of Lithuanian companies in one trade and one city, with phone numbers: every law firm in Vilnius, every architect in Kaunas. The info.lt business directory has them, about 182,500 companies. It shows 20 companies per page, though, so law firms alone (Advokatai, 729 listings on 2026-10-25) are about 37 pages of clicking and copying. This actor returns the rows, phone and street in their own columns, from one run.

What you’ll need

Nothing but an Apify account. You don’t need an API key or a proxy. We keep a stored copy of the info.lt category pages, refreshed when it is over a month old and the actor is in use, and your run filters that copy, so it never waits on info.lt. You pay $0.004 per listing returned, plus Apify’s own platform usage.

Step 1 — Open the actor

Open Lithuania Business Directory List Scraper (Phone & Address) on the Apify Store and press Try for free. The actor’s own page on this site lists its live health and pricing.

FieldTypeRequiredWhat it does
modestringnoauto = export when no query is given, otherwise lookup. (default auto)
querystringnoA business name (or listing number) to look up live. Kept alongside ‘queries’ for saved tasks.
queriesarraynoA business name (or listing number) to look up live. Several values in one run; combined with ‘query’. (default [])
citystringnoOnly listings in this city. Kept alongside ‘cities’ for saved tasks.
citiesarraynoOnly listings in this city. Several values in one run; combined with ‘city’. (default [])
categoriesarraynoOnly these categories, in the source’s own names. Available: Advokatai, Akmuo-akmens-gaminiai, Akvariumai, Alkoholiniai-gerimai, Alternatyvi-energija, Antikorozinis-padengimas,… (default [])
maxResultsintegernoPer query in lookup mode; per run in export mode. (default 500)

Two fields decide what you get back. categories takes info.lt’s own category names in plain letters, as in its web addresses: law firms are Advokatai, architects and design Architektai-projektavimas. Type a name the actor doesn’t know (“lawyers”, say) and you get one free row listing every category, which is the quickest way to find yours. city takes one value or a list, with or without Lithuanian letters, so “Siauliai” finds Šiauliai. District municipalities come as info.lt writes them, for example “Kauno r.”, which is not the same place as the city “Kaunas”.

A working input:

{
  "categories": [
    "Advokatai"
  ],
  "city": "Vilnius",
  "maxResults": 200
}

Step 3 — Run it

Press Start. Rows are pushed to the dataset as they’re found, so the run log fills in as it works.

Filtering the stored copy took about two seconds locally for that input: 266 law firms matched in Vilnius, and with maxResults: 200 you get the first 200. A run with no matching listing returns one free row saying so, never a silent empty dataset. One run loads up to 300,000 listings, and info.lt’s whole directory of about 182,500 companies fits under that.

Step 4 — Read the output

Each run returns a labelled table, not raw JSON:

Every row looks like this — a real row from a real run:

{

phone is the field most people come for: it was on all of the first 50 Vilnius law firms, and on 92.8% of the 168,712 businesses in the stored copy read on 2026-10-25, with the +370 form in phone_e164 for a dialler. Street was on 97.8% and coordinates on 67.6%. There is no email column, because info.lt hides email behind a click on purpose and the actor does not decode it. Website shows only where the card prints one, which was 4 of those 50. categories lists every category the company is filed under, which is how you spot a law firm that also sells notary or tax services.

Step 5 — Export it

Open the Dataset tab and export to CSV, JSON, or Excel — or pull the same rows from the API, which is what you want if this is going to run on a schedule.

What it costs

$0.004 per listing returned, plus Apify’s own platform usage. The 266 Vilnius law firms cost $1.06; capped at 200 they cost $0.80. A company filed under two of your categories is returned and charged once, and the unknown-category list and the stale-data notice are free.

Where the data comes from

This reads info.lt. The target is info.lt rubric pages (20 company cards each), crawled into a snapshot by Scrapebench-api through proxies, city by city where a rubric’s pager stops at 1,000; runs filter that snapshot. Twice a day our checks run this actor against the stored copy and fail if Vilnius law firms stop returning 50 rows with names, phones and cities (what “verified” means).

The pages are plain to read, with two catches. A category’s page list stops at 1,000 companies, so the bigger categories are read city by city (one category we checked had 1,027 companies, 27 more than its own pager shows). And a company filed under several categories appears in each, which the actor merges so you get it once. The run log states the date of the copy.

Where the card does give a website, Business Email, Phone & Contact Details Scraper visits it and pulls the emails the company publishes, which info.lt itself keeps behind a click.
